FDM Printing
High-speed Fused Deposition Modeling on the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon — an enclosed, multi-material capable machine with active temperature control. Ideal for functional prototypes, fixtures, jigs, and end-use parts.
Layer heights from 0.05mm, build volume 256×256×256mm, up to 16 materials per print
Multi-Material Printing
The X1 Carbon's AMS (Automatic Material System) supports up to 16 filament spools, enabling multi-color and multi-material parts in a single print — including soluble support interfaces for complex geometries.

Supported Materials
Printed on the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon — a high-speed, multi-material capable machine with an enclosed build chamber and active temperature control.
PLA / PLA+
Prototypes, display models, low-stress parts. Fast print speeds, excellent detail.
PETG
Functional parts requiring chemical resistance and moderate heat tolerance up to ~80°C.
ABS
Impact-resistant parts, enclosures, and components requiring post-processing or acetone smoothing.
ASA
UV-stable outdoor parts and enclosures. Excellent weathering resistance.
TPU / TPE
Flexible and semi-flexible parts — gaskets, grips, vibration dampeners, seals.
PA (Nylon)
High-strength, wear-resistant parts. Ideal for gears, bushings, and structural components.
PA-CF (Nylon + Carbon Fiber)
Lightweight, stiff, and strong. Excellent for tooling, fixtures, and structural brackets.
PET-CF
Carbon fiber reinforced PET — high stiffness, low warping, great for precision functional parts.
PC (Polycarbonate)
High-temp and high-impact applications. Transparent options available for light-pipe or cover parts.
PVA / HIPS (Support)
Soluble support materials for complex geometries with internal cavities or overhangs.
A Note on Scope
3D printing services are offered as a complement to Wire EDM consulting — not a replacement. If your project involves both EDM and additive manufacturing, we can advise on the best approach for each feature. All parts are produced to the best achievable accuracy for the process; tight-tolerance critical dimensions should be discussed before quoting.
